Service Description

This extended 1.5 hour video session uses motivational and solution-focused therapies to support you in addressing your problems head-on. Together we will define the problem, unpack the issues, determine your options, and gain a clearer vision for your best path forward. We're going to get plenty done in this session, so come ready to work =)

Cancellation Policy

Please contact me at least 24 hours before your session to cancel or reschedule. If you are discontinuing an ongoing counselling plan, let me know to cancel your invoice.
